Company Access
Company-level access governs a user’s permissions across the entire organisation. It determines the company-level information and actions a user can access or manage based on their role. A user must first be added as a company user before they can be added to a governance team.
Company access is managed by the Administrators.
Governance Team Access
Governance team access defines permissions specific to individual teams (e.g board or committees). A Member access is required to view all board and committee documents. This approach ensures only authorised users such as committee chair, members, and standing attendees have unrestricted view of documents within each team.
For collaboration, users can be added as Contributors and can be tagged in committee papers, actions, or assessments, enabling them to view and edit only the documents they are tagged in. This access is restricted to those documents, and users will not have access to other documents within the Governance team.
Team access is managed by the team Managers.
Governance Access
1 Contributors can be tagged in committee papers, actions, and assessments without needing Member access to the Governance team. Users that do not have Member access to a Governance team can only view and edit specific documents they are tagged in.
